We reckon that the main reason for poverty is not due to lack of money but due to lack of awareness and education. About 400 million of India's population is below 18 and at least 35 million children aged between 6 and 14 do not attend school.

SEED makes a survey and identifies very remote villages in various parts of India where there has been no awareness of education for many generations.

Once we begin the education program after speaking to the parents, children and the nearby private school for the children’s admissions, we begin our survey in another remote village. It’s a process and there is a domino effect when one community sees the pictures of children from another similar community getting educated, they are positive.
